CALIFORNIA ALMOND VARIETY AND SHELLED TYPES
We offer different varieties of Almonds out of the approximately 50 varieties produced in California. The 12 varieties of almonds that we offer are ALDRICH, BUTTE, CARMEL, FRITZ, INDEPENDENCE, MARCONA, MONTEREY, NONPAREIL, PADRE, PRICE, SONORA AND WOOD COLONY
. Those varieties represent approximately 95% of almonds produced in California where growers tend to more than 412, 780 hectares of almond orchards (Almond Board of California, 2015).
CALIFORNIA QUALITY ALMONDS & CROP PROTECTION
Our almonds are of a high quality and their productions are monitored around the clock by the growers and processors. They carry-out daily quality control of the soil, waters and the orchards in their fields. This quality control begins in the orchard and is carried out throughout the blossoming stage of the almonds till their harvesting periods.
WORLD ALMOND PRODUCTION
The main producing country is the United States, which accounts for 85% of the world production, followed by Australia, which accounts for 6% of the world production and Spain with 5% of total production. The rest of the world almond production is accounted for by Turkey, Italy, Greece, China, Chile and India; and a number of countries whose almond productions are minuscule or non-representatives (Almond Board of Australia, 2015).

In addition, we guarantee strict control of our products through a method of product traceability that the grower/processor employs in order to trace any problem that may occur with the almonds that we commercialize. As such, the said product traceability method is applied to the fields and orchards of any produced almond that is sold to customers within the United States and the world alike.
